I know Christmas has passed (boo, sniff), but for the sake of not giving away my clients' Christmas card photos, I put it off.  Or maybe that was just a good excuse since there was just so much going on this season.  Here are some of my favorites from my Christmas shoots.  Thank you so much for making it a great year for CapturedbyViolet.  Looking forward to lots more in 2011!!

Mr. & Mrs. - Couples Photography Temecula, CA

Lastnight I had the pleasure of working with this fellow military couple.  They won this session from a drawing by our base Family Readiness Officer.  I have to say, I got as lucky as they did because they are very photogenic which makes my job easier. This was my first shoot with dogs and they turned out to be some of my favorites shots from the evening.  Thank you for spending the evening with me.

S Family Photo Swap - Family Photographer, Menifee, CA

This pretty mommy is a long time family friend.  We have kown each other 15 years.  Her baby was born a day after my little chub.  She is also an awesome photographer so I got the privelege of having her take our family photos.  Her baby girl is so danty and feminine and smiled the whole time!!  What a great day! Thank you so much!!

They are a fellow military family and I had a lot of fun with them. They were really photogenic and easy to work with. I shouldn't admit this but I didn't even pose them in this first shot. I was messing with my camera, looked up and there they were! Thank you, P family!!!
